🎓 QUALIFICATION
Candidates must hold a full-time Diploma or BE/B.Tech in the relevant discipline:
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
⚠️ MANDATORY PROJECT EXPERIENCE
✅ PV Positions: Ground-mounted, tracker-based utility-scale PV project experience is mandatory.
✅ BESS Positions: Relevant BESS project experience is mandatory.
✅ PV Construction Managers: Must have completed at least one 200 MW+ project from start to finish.
✅ PSS/ESF-related positions: Must have completed at least one 220 kV+ project from start to finish.
✅ Experience Certificates: Required for all previous employment.
✅ Only candidates with full-time Diploma/Engineering qualifications will be considered.
