🎯 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Diploma / Degree / Technical certification in relevant discipline
✔ Minimum 5–15+ years of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Industrial experience
✔ Strong experience in maintenance, operations, or construction environments
✔ Knowledge of rotating equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance
✔ Ability to work in shift-based industrial environments

⚡ ENGINEERING & SUPERVISION
✔ Oversee technical operations and maintenance activities
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
🔧 TECHNICAL EXECUTION
✔ Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of plant equipment
✔ Support shutdown and turnaround activities

✔ Develop and manage schedules and maintenance plans
✔ Coordinate manpower and resource allocation
