🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Minimum 5+ years of relevant offshore drilling experience
✅ Top Drive experience is mandatory
✅ Strong knowledge of rig operations and drilling activities
✅ Good understanding of offshore HSE procedures and safe working practices
✅ Good communication skills in English
✅ Ability to work effectively in a multicultural offshore environment
