Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise commissioning, pre-commissioning, testing, and start-up activities
✔ Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and client representatives
✔ Ensure systems are completed, tested, and handed over according to project requirements
✔ Manage field teams while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards
✔ Support system walk-downs, punch list closure, and mechanical completion activities
✔ Verify compliance with project specifications, procedures, and international standards
✔ Prepare commissioning reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
✔ Participate in troubleshooting, functional testing, and performance verification activities
Candidate Requirements
✅ Extensive experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Refinery, Offshore, or EPC projects
✅ Strong background in commissioning, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, construction, and start-up operations
✅ Proven supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary field teams
✅ Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, commissioning dossiers, loop packages, and technical specifications
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
✅ Strong commitment to HSE, quality assurance, and operational excellence
✅ Experience working on large-scale international projects is highly preferred
